SOUTH MILFORD FÊTE
is taking a break in 2010
2009 was the first year that we ran the event as self-financing, without applying for any grants. Thanks to the generosity and support from eventgoers we were still able to donate to the following local groups/charities:
South Milford Playing Fields £500
South Milford WI £100
South Milford School £100 donation (plus £320 spent on RJC Dance coaching)
South Milford Guides £50
We also ended the event with £2052.97 in our bank account to run the event again.
We also wanted to let you know that we have decided to take a break in 2010
if Glastonbury can take the occasional year off, so can we!
See you hopefully in 2011, for the biggest event yet. Thanks again for your support.
